Melbourne Marathon was kind to us again. What a great event to close out the winter running season.

After perfect conditions the last sevenΒ years, we were met with 50km/h winds, trees collapsing and birds falling out of the sky. There is nothing more pure and satisfying than ignoring the watch and going head to head with your opponentsβ€”and mother nature.

We couldn’t be more impressed with the attitude the crew displayed on race day. As well as the bloody-minded determination from all of our runners, we had runners manage to scalp opponents they never dreamt of beating, and we came away with a heap of pbs, great debuts, threeΒ age category wins, 3rd place female and an Australian marathon champion.Β

We could write a report about every runner, as theyΒ all raced hard and smartβ€”bloody brilliant!
